How does this all work?

Let's chat! Submit an inquiry for your event through the contact form or directly email events@evvie.ca.

Meet & greet! Evvie will schedule an initial consultation, which will provide you with an overview package of what your special day could entail.

Let's get planning! Evvie will create a custom package + a contract that best suits your vision, budget, vendors, timeframe and all other requests.

Your work is done! Let Evvie & the team take care of the rest! We will source your vendors, finalize stationary pieces, curate your vision through florals, coordinate AV, and more.

5.

Your big day! Evvie & the team will be the first to the site/venue. From every small detail to every grand idea, your vision will be taken care of and come to life on your special day!

What are your prices?

Depending on what your special day will require, I will provide a custom quote.

How far in advance should I reach out before an event?

Depending on the scale of your event, curated event planning requires a 2-3 month window! This time frame allows for thorough planning, securing venues, and coordinating with vendors. However, if your timeframe is more last-minute, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.
